What is HeatShare?HeatShare is a voluntary, non-governmental utility assistance program administered through The Salvation Army. HeatShare has been providing energy assistance to the elderly, disabled, and low-income people since 1982. HeatShare relies on tax-deductible donations from utility customers to help those in need. Funds contributed through this program are collected by MMU and administered by The Salvation Army to people in our service area.
