Customer Service Supervisor - Marshall Municipal Utilities (MMU), located in Marshall, Minnesota, is accepting applications for a Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) position. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Supervisor serves as a first level supervisor with primary responsibility to direct the daily operations of Marshall Municipal Utilities' customer service activities. This position is reponsible to assist in the supervision of customer service representatives and participate in maintaining outstanding customer service as per MMU standards.This position is also responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager in overseeing and participating in various direct service programs and billing requests within the department, providing suggestions to improve efficiencies and effectiveness within the department, assisting in accomplishing organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
